Healing crisis

For the first time in my life, I spent nearly two weeks flat on my back, more than half of which spent in slumber. Prior to these two “eventful” two weeks, I spent five days in paradise and did nothing but just be…I breathed and ate and danced as nature intended me to always do.

Eating nothing but glorious sun food for five straight days is a revelation! I felt more energetic and so light. Going back to the rigors of my old life, I continued eating this way and complemented it with oil pulling, and suddenly,  one fateful afternoon, the body started talking.

As I lay down in my bed, I felt the urge to close my eyes and my throat “sparked”, an energy nefariously firm and absolute coursed throughout my body. It said, “In order to heal, you have to hurt. I love you and I will allow it.” In a split second, my throat started to open and hurt, my nose started dripping, my temples throbbed, my temperature rose, I shivered and then, I fell into deep sleep.

I continued to eat the sun, harness the miracle of coconuts and sought the wisdom of friends and experts who knew what exactly I am going through. And so, I consumed more greens–more than what the average person would eat in a month, I ate in a day!–got acquainted with colloidal silver and armed myself with whole food supplements. A few days later, I felt much better.

The experience is more spiritual than it is physical. I am truly grateful to have had this experience and to be surrounded by so much love from above and below and everywhere! And I finally understood, as soon as the worst of the healing crisis passed, a part of me chipped away and I can see myself in the mirror with more clarity than before.

Hi fristine, tried to look for you in fb but it only showed Christine de Guia. FB doesn’t want to accept someone can be named fristine. Hahaha Anyway, add mo naman ako as your friend para i can leech some recipies and ask things. By the way great blog. Finally may mapapagkopyahan na ako. Ang hirap mag imbento ng smoothie. My smoothie yesterday didn’t turn out right! Ang pangit. Super lasang gulay! But I still drank it. Sayang eh. I really had to force myself to finish it. Hahaha. It tasted like veggie not fruity. So today I made sure I doubled the fruit pero di na Siya color green. Pero masarap na! Hahaha anyway, yun Lang. See you in fb
