I love Japanese surplus stuff too! I got my silicone molds there for my raw chocolates and tarts; nigiri molds, jars with handles…and the list goes on!

You know how much I like to go to warehouse stores for Japanese surplus? I actually found a few raw food books for P100 each. I’m planning to go back there and hope that I can still find them. I wasn’t able to take note of the authors though, but I did think of you when I first saw them.
